Diet and exercise is the key to control your morbidity. A healthy diet and exercise influence your overall health condition. At the same time your stress should be managed. Otherwise your all efforts will not work properly, it is seen that when people remain under pressure they tend to eat emotionally. So that you should consult with your doctor to set a practical goal that will help you in removing morbidity and losing weight.
If you feel uncomfortable controlling your diet and doing exercise then there is another option for you that you can go with drugs that helps to remove morbidity. But the disadvantage of this drug is you will start gaining weight. You can also use herbal solution or supplement.
The last resort of morbid obesity is surgery if you don’t get any concrete solution from diet and drugs. Sometimes it creates complication so you should not take this step without any consultation with your doctor.
